These terms govern your use of AlphaTradeAI (the "Service"), operated by [Registered company / proprietor name], [Registered address, City, State, PIN]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

AlphaTradeAIprovides a trading journal, market data views (heatmaps, screeners, option chains), analytics and AI-generated market commentary for Indian markets. Market data may be delayed or incomplete and is provided "as is".

2. Not investment advice

Content on the Service, including AI-generated ideas and analysis, is for information and education. It does not take your financial situation into account and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or derivative. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. 3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
  • Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Sharing or reselling access is not allowed.

4. Plans, payments and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian Rupees and include GST.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can stop renewal any time from Plan & Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Free trials convert to the Free plan when they end unless you choose a paid plan.
  • Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy or redistribute the Service's data or AI output, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your data

You own the trades and notes you enter. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from Settings.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, [Registered company / proprietor name] is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
